FRESH SALAD WITH HALLOUMI CHEESE AND PUPUCHI BEANS Ingredients: Halloumi cheese, spinach, peppers, fresh cucumbers, tomatoes, Pupuchi Mini bean crisps with cheese&sour cream or other taste of your choice.A dressingOlive oilLime juice to your tasteSalt and pepper to your taste Method: 1. Slice the halloumi cheese 2. Preheat a grill pan then place on it the slices of cheese, grill for about 2-3 minutes on each side.3. BRILLIANT BREAKFAST WAFFLES WITH PUPUCHI GLUTEN-FREE FLOUR INGREDIENTS: 200 g grated cheese, 4 eggs, 70 g Pupuchi flour or blended roasted MINI beans without oil and salt a strand of baking powder Method1. Grate a cheese and put together with dry ingredients in a large bowl. Gradually beat in the egg, then whisking well to get as smooth a batter as possible. 2. Get your waffle machine ready. Once it’s hot, ladle in the batter mixture and seal, following the machine instructions until your waffles are cooked.3. Serve with whatever takes your fancy! PUPUCHI GLUTEN-FREE BOWNIEIngredients:120 g butter, 140 g dark chocolate, 3 eggs, 250 g sugar, 35 g Pupuchi flour or blended roasted MINI beans without oil and salt2 g baking powder, 10 g rum.Method:1. Preheat the oven to 175°C. Line ~ 24cm square baking tin with baking paper.2. Snap the chocolate into a large bowl, add the butter and place over a pan of simmering water, until melted, stirring regularly. 3.
